Excellent customer service.. I was worried because I was moving my things after hours but everything was so secure.. I was in and out with no problems.
Great atmosphere a very clean and safe building. Excellent customer service. Assistant store manager Jackensy Betance always goes above and beyond to ensure each person is well taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage space.
The team at this Extra Space Storage location is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am in the middle of the move, so you can imagine how hectic things are for me. Both the ladies, however, made storing my belongings the easiest part. Thank you so much!!
I recently went to this store to find out some prices for storage because I need to move ASAP and didn’t know where to start and went to the closest storage space which was this one, and I’m glad i did! I’m very big on customer service which is why I’m writing this review. The associate Jackensy helped me as soon as i walked in the store, i don’t remember if she was the manager, but if not, she should be!
This place is awesome I love the security. The staff is very professional. A special Thanks to Matt he got me a bomb deal. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
She was very sweet and attentive, and she let me know all the prices and sizes available to me. She also assured me that all my storage would be safe and insured if i wanted which is important for me. Needless to say, i am getting a unit and I’m glad to have cameras in your store and met Jackensy! Keep employees like her around!
