Went Sunday @ 10:30 am. Not crowded, got assistance from courteous employee in electrical department. Register line moved fast.
This review is to give credit to the the department manager Latoya and Manager Zaly and assistant Ivonne for helping us to return all the leftovers of our house improvements we were able to get some money back more than we were expecting and brought some others we need even appliances. We mostly did not have all the receipts from all the stuff we brought but the Manager Zaly helped us any way possible to get some of the items in the system and the department manager Latoya did her best scanning every item and we were satisfied for the great team work. We learn better ways to keep track of all the purchases signing in the
Customer Service needs improving, but the customer service is better than their Newark location. Bloomfield is a Dirty store. Products often in different aisle and/or bay.
Hi!! met a very knowledgeable sales representative at home Depot. He was a new worker but was very helpful to me in the home appliances department. I will look for his help when I return to make my final decision. A many years costumer.

Home Depot is very helpful and they have tons of items. The prices are reasonable and are similar to their competition. They are also willing to price match against other stores.
