You can go your whole life without dealing with a general contractor as diligent, competent and professional as Sylvio and SR General Contractors. I interviewed six contractors for a basement bathroom before I met with Sylvio. He wasn’t one of these contractors who goes home first to think about what he wants to charge for the job before providing the written estimate days later. He provided a straight forward quote on site that was both fair and affordable. He is licensed and insured and his guys are polite, neat and respectful of your property. He completed my bathroom in 2 weeks as promised and it is absolutely beautiful! He has plumbers, electricians and carpentry specialists that work for him directly so the job gets done quickly and efficiently. This company does phenomenal work and I look forward to using them for many other projects in the near future. He will be doing a roof repair, vinyl floor installation and hot water heater replacement for me very soon. It is so comforting to know that I have finally found a great general contractor that I can trust. This is the only company you should call for all of your home projects, big or small. Sylvio and his team at SR General Contractor have done an excellent job on each and every project they worked on at our home. The main work that was done was building a front porch. They started on time and showed up on time each day, were meticulous craftsmen, asked questions, focused on all the small details and finished on time. The front porch is absolutely beautiful and it has completely upgraded the look of our home. Sylvio always returns my phone calls, texts or emails. He is very honest, fair, and takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. He would regularly stop by and make sure the job was going well and that my home was being taken care of. I have had SR General Contractor do electrical work, plumbing, install a front door, paint and install gutters; and plan on having them do a few more major projects at our home. I would recommend them to anyone interested in home improvement and Sylvio is the only person I will go to when I need work done at my home. A truly great company with great people.
Sylvio and his guys did an excellent job in my home. They were courteous, prompt, and did everything I asked. During the latest snowstorm, he even cleared off my driveway for free. He told me places I can save money and gave me his opinions on where to improve my home. He is also doing my landscaping now.
SR General Contractor a company run by Sylvio Rocha who is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with, overall excellent experience. Sylvio came over the same day we called and provided an estimate shortly after that. On top of having a competitive price for the job he was ready to start the project the next week. His staff were craftsman who took pride in their work. They were very clean and worked the whole day. We were restoring the exterior of our 1929 home and wanted to keep the integrity and essence of the details. Sylvio and his staff worked with us and were just as passionate about getting in right.
