Awesome bunch of guys - literally! - running this well-kept shop. Readily accessible, good hours, great customer service. They even happened to have the exact color of Gerber Daisies I wanted right in stock for a fantastic price. Very highly recommend!
If P you are in need of an outstanding corsage, this is the florist to get it. In many years, not once, have they not exceeded my expectations.
The owner has still refused a refund so, needless to say, they won't be receiving any business from us or anyone that asks us for recommendations.
Did not delivery what was ordered. Did not receive full order. Very unhelpful staff. Plenty of florists around. Stay away from Roxy Florist.
The "deluxe" arrangement that was delivered was the same size as the standard, with 4 roses.
The product I ordered online and the product delivered were vastly different. They substituted roses for carnations and cheap filler and added a gaudy ribbon. Worse, when I tried to call and talk to a manager, I was told they had no record of the order despite my having a confirmation number and email. Every staff member I spoke with was confused, rude, and utterly unwilling to help me. I was hung up on as I explained I would never use their shop again.
This was apparently the exact same issue another customer experienced in the past week; online order did not reflect what was delivered.
Ordered a "deluxe" bouquet for my wife. I was told the standard arrangement for my selection was 11" wide and 17" high, with "at least half a dozen roses."
After I called to request a refund, the owner *CALLED MY WIFE* to ask if she was "satisfied." The order was a surprise, how was she supposed to know what was ordered? Also, the mere fact that they called her at all was very bizarre and she did not appreciate being involved in their error.
